Refund policy

Small Hours has a free 14-day trial with every feature unlocked, so you can make sure it works for you before you buy.

If you're not happy with your purchase, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you'll get your money back in full. Email support@lamplitstudios.com with your order number, or contact Paddle, our reseller, at paddle.net. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

When an order is refunded, its licence key is cancelled and stops unlocking Small Hours. The same happens if a payment is charged back.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
